Montreal, Quebec, September 13, 2006 - Dectron Internationale (NASDAQ: DECT):
Dectron Internationale Applies to Withdraw its Common Stock from Listing and Registration on the Boston Stock Exchange, Inc.
Dectron Internationale Inc. (NASDAQ: DECT / TSX: DTL), today announced that it filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission, pursuant to Section 12(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 12d2-2(d) thereunder, to withdraw its common stock, no par value, from listing and regulation on the Boston Stock Exchange, Inc.
On September 11, 2006, the Board of Directors of Dectron approved resolutions to withdraw its securities from listing and registration on the Boston Stock Exchange. Dectron intends to maintain its listing of its Common Stock on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
Dectron has complied with the Boston Stock Exchange rules governing the withdrawal of a security from the Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. by complying with all applicable laws in effect in the Province of Quebec, the jurisdiction in which Dectron is incorporated, and by complying with Boston Stock Exchange procedures for delisting by filing the required documents governing the withdrawal of a security from listing and registration on the Boston Stock Exchange.
Dectron’s application relates solely to withdrawal of its securities from listing on the Boston Stock Exchange.
