Dectron Internationale announces the election of Mr. Rustom M. Ghadiali as Board Director
Montreal, Quebec, August 25th, 2004 - Dectron Internationale (NASDAQ: DECT) announced today the election of Mr. Rustom M. Ghadiali to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Ghadiali retired from International Rectifier S.E. A. PVT Ltd., a leader in Power Management Technology, after more than thirty-five years in various positions within the International Rectifier Group. From 1994 to 2000, he served as Vice President, Offshore Assembly Operations Southeast Asia, India and China. From 2000 to 2004, he served as Vice President and Director for International Rectifier Southeast Asia PVT Ltd. Mr. Ghadiali is now a consultant in setting up operations in China, Asia and India.
Commenting on Mr. Ghadiali's election to the Board, Dectron Internationale's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ness Lakdawala stated, "Mr. Ghadiali's extensive knowledge of international operations will be extremely valuable to Dectron Internationale. The Board is very pleased to announce his election."
